-Knitting at work.

-Well, if you haven’t been following the group on Ravelry, you may be a little lost, but I’ll let everyone check it out there for lack of wanting to drag it in here.
-Sunday ‘retail therapy’ where we learned about Needles for Newborns!
-Wednesday was my first real day out.
-The Office wedding & yummy dinner.
-Today was more torrential down pours, and St. Louis has flood warnings everywhere. Yay.
-Work picnic!
-Books.
-Rhinebeck planning. Meet up at the Carolina Homespun booth on Saturday from 12-1! Come and say hello! I’m working on teeny goodies as a thanks to all of you.

-Mustard Scarf will be my Rhinebeck Knit.
-A contest for a new blog name. Fall 2009 KnitScene magazine, because I’ve not only reviewed it TWICE here, but I also seemed to have nought it twice.

What I’m Kniting/Spinning
-Two tone shrug is done! Weeeee! I’d like to say that this is my most favorite knitted garment ever.
Finished!!!!
-What’s next to knit? Started on take #2 of Paisley’s sweater, but I’m not feeling it.
-Spun up some fall colored fibers - first navajo ply attempt?
-Squeaky wheel doesn’t get the oil, turns out. Had a great talk with the Fricke’s - learned they went to school with my mom and her siblings in Hermann!
Adventures in KIPing
-Knitted at the Botanical Gardens with Robyn! Got a comment about “Happy Hookers” - which was funny coming from a 70 year old lady.
The botanical gardens were beautiful!
Globes on the water
-Sprint customer service secret question… “Now that’s a lost art!” LOL

-More job hunting.
-Took Scott to the airport on Friday for another speech
-Massive options on peanut butter at the newly remodeled Target - White chocolate peanut butter is heaven
-Dinner with the parents on Friday night
-Book fair was a success, pizza and catch up afterwards

-BUT I taught two people to spin at knit night. Shilo is babysitting Stella while I’m away, and Erin has her turn at my drop spindle. I think they’ll both be faboo spinners.
